Users under 18 may engage with Utopium’s services if they are part of a team that includes at least one adult aged 18 or older who serves as the team’s designated representative. This adult must have the authority to enter into contracts, manage payments, and oversee all interactions with Utopium on behalf of the team.

Alternatively, users under 18 may participate in certain services with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian, who will be required to assume responsibility for any contractual obligations, financial commitments, or legal interactions on behalf of the minor.

Setup Fees: Store setup services incur an additional setup fee, agreed upon prior to any work beginning.
Design Fees: Design services are also charged separately. We aim to work within your budget and will outline costs clearly before any design work commences.
Profit-Split Arrangement: Our profit-sharing model is based on a variable split, calculated after deducting expenses (e.g., production and fulfilment costs). Profit allocation follows our service agreement, with payments disbursed as per agreed terms.
Payment Terms: All fees and profit-sharing payments are processed as per the agreed-upon terms. We will provide tracking or access to profit reports, if applicable, to keep you informed of revenue generated from our services.

Store Setup and Services

Utopium offers store setup, design, and promotion services for your brand or merchandise. Store setup incurs an additional fee, agreed upon before service begins. Our design and promotion services are tailored to your needs and may include custom design work or marketing assistance to maximise sales. All services provided are specified in the service agreement and are subject to these T&Cs.

Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content provided by Utopium, including logos, brand assets, and website content, is our intellectual property. Users are prohibited from using, copying, or distributing Utopium’s intellectual property without express permission.
User Obligations: By using our services, you agree to respect Utopium's intellectual property rights and not engage in any unauthorised use, copying, distribution, or display of our content.

User-Generated Content: Any content you upload or submit to Utopium, including product designs or other materials, remains your property. However, by submitting content, you grant Utopium a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, display, and distribute this content as necessary to provide the agreed services.
Content Modification: Utopium reserves the right to make adjustments to user-generated content if required for display, formatting, or other practical purposes in line with our service agreement.

Your continued use of the site and services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Amendments to Terms

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
